About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Derian House Children's Hospice. As a Paediatric Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to babies, children, and young people with life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Provide expert nursing care and support to children and young people, including symptom management and palliative care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to promote professional development and excellence in care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a proven track record in paediatric care.
