Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse - Pre-Assessment, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough pre-assessment interviews with patients to identify their medical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
