Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Chilton Meadows. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and honouring their choices.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Coaching and guiding the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident
  • Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing
  • Previous experience working in a care home environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and ensuring policies and standards are maintained
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest clinical and social care developments
