Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Chilton Meadows. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

About the Role:
  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their needs are met through individualized care plans.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties, including observation, medication, reviewing, and evaluating individual care plans.
  • Previous experience working in a care home is desirable.
  • You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
  • You are confident in offering clinical guidance to the care team and are crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
