Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Community Development Professional to join our Property Services team at United Living Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for revitalising homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in planned/reactive maintenance or asset management, preferably within the construction industry.

A UK driving licence and ownership of a car are essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the delivery of large programmes of work for social housing providers and ensure highest building safety standards
  • To develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • To oversee property services, including refurbishment and maintenance, to enhance community living experiences

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career progression aligned with the company's growth.

An estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 based on location and industry standards.
