Culinary Specialist

As a Culinary Specialist at Aramark, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals to our clients. You will work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and serve meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in the kitchen
- Work alongside prisoner workforces to cook meals and prepare food
- Prepare basic quality foods within a set pre-ordered menu
- Ensure effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy
- Fill in all relevant paperwork and due diligence forms
- Be an excellent team player and be able to deal with conflict if it arises
Requirements
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous supervisory skills (2 years minimum)
