Job Description

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain electrical instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including calibration, adjustment, and replacement of instruments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure successful system operation.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in instrumentation and control, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical instrumentation systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS).

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
