Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to lead our team of developers in delivering high-quality cloud-based solutions.

About the Role: As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Full Stack Developers: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Design and develop cloud-based applications: Work with the development team to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using.Net/C# and Azure.
  • Implement event-driven architecture: Apply domain-driven design principles to transform applications into event-based architecture.
  • Build accessible cloud-hosted websites: Develop web applications that are accessible and user-friendly.
  • Refactor applications: Improve the performance and efficiency of existing applications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience: Developing clean and secure code in.Net/C# with at least 1 year's experience in a Senior Developer role.
  • Experience in event-driven architecture: Apply domain-driven design principles to transform applications into event-based architecture.
  • Strong RDBMS skills: Knowledge of SQL Server and experience in building accessible web applications.
  • Strong communications and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with the development team and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Azure skills: Experience with Azure, including Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience with Sitecore/Umbraco: Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Azure DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
