About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer Lead to join our team at Data Careers Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Full Stack Developers and guiding them in the development of high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Full Stack Developers in the development of cloud-based software applications
  • Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and implement software applications using Full Stack development methodologies
  • Ensure that all software applications meet the required quality and security standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Full Stack development trends and technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development with a strong focus on cloud-based applications
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers
  • Strong knowledge of Full Stack development methodologies and technologies, including C#/.Net, Azure, and Agile processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Sitecore/Umbraco or similar CMS
  • Azure skills, including Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines
