AML Compliance Policy Expert Job Description

The AML Compliance Policy Expert is a senior professional responsible for developing and implementing effective AML compliance policies and procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of AML regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

  • Develop and refine AML compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess AML risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide expert advice on AML compliance matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure AML compliance awareness across the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure AML compliance policies and procedures are being effectively implemented.
