Supporting a Young Child in West London

A primary school in the vibrant Ealing Borough of West London is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Reception pupil. The child requires additional support to manage high emotional needs, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive school environment.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the class teacher and SEN team to create a structured environment.
  • Foster a sense of belonging, encouraging the child to participate in class and social activities.

This position is ideal for individuals with a proactive and empathetic approach, although EYFS experience is preferred. A calm and patient individual with a passion for supporting children's development is essential. Previous experience working with children with high emotional needs or Autism is advantageous.
