About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Mental Health Integrated Discharge Team at Lancashire County Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Social Workers in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
