We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Senior Social Worker to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our Mental Health Social Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Mental Health Social Care Team to develop and implement effective care plans

Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Work England (SWE) or have applied to register
