Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Target. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality housing and support services to vulnerable individuals.

In this role, you will work closely with residents to provide tailored support plans, helping them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence. You will also be responsible for monitoring residents' compliance with their occupancy agreements and providing guidance on their rights and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality housing and support services to residents
  • Create and implement tailored support plans to meet residents' needs
  • Monitor residents' compliance with occupancy agreements
  • Provide guidance on residents' rights and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering housing and support services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Welfare Benefits System
