Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Careers Adviser to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a Careers Adviser, you will play a vital role in providing careers advice to adults, helping them to achieve their work or learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide careers advice to adults via a range of methods, including digital means, to help them achieve their work or learning goals.
  • Work on a rota across the National Careers Service operational hours, providing support to clients across the UK.
  • Hold, as a minimum, Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance, or working towards.
