Job Title: Health and Safety Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Adviser to join our team at Harrods Careers. As a key member of our Fire, Health and Safety team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing a positive, safe, and secure environment at Harrods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and mitigate risks
  • Compile reports and make recommendations to the business to prevent incidents
  • Train staff on Health and Safety regulations and provide guidance to stakeholders
  • Work closely with the business to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Hold a professionally recognized Health and Safety qualification at Level 3 or above
  • Be competent and confident in carrying out risk and COSHH assessments
  • Have experience with complex report-writing and project management
  • Be personable and engaging, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders
