Sea Import Coordinator Job Description

**About the Role**

Willis Global Ltd is seeking a skilled Sea Import Coordinator to join their team in Barking, Essex. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for handling sea import operations from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle sea import operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of customs clearance entries
* Arrange customer bookings and process invoices
* Deal with shipping lines and negotiate best costs for all work carried out
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries via email and phone
* Collaborate with the department manager to achieve team goals

**Requirements**

* Experience in sea import operations and/or customs clearance
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with Multifreight is a plus

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary from £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
* Monday – Friday working pattern, with flexible start and finish times
* Opportunity to work with a reputable global freight forwarding business
