Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our secondary care psychology service, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing psychosis and their loved ones.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including care coordinators, peer support workers, and other agencies, to provide comprehensive care to our clients. You will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with complex mental health needs, including psychosis, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in CBTp and FIp.

Person Specification- Post-Graduate in clinical or counselling psychology
- Registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience of working with people with complex mental health needs, including psychosis
- Knowledge and experience of working with safeguarding issues, risk, and highly complex mental health problems
- Assessment and treatment planning for clients with complex needs, including psychosis
- Thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of evidence-based interventions for psychosis
- Expert knowledge of the theory and practice of CBT
- Knowledge of research methodology, research design, and data analysis
