Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished professional to fill the role of Director of Medical Engineering. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee our Dialysis Technical Service team and drive excellence in patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent and registration with RCT or HCPC. They will also possess experience in applying medical device maintenance and risk management principles, as well as a deep understanding of the regulatory framework around medical devices.

In this role, you will lead and manage the Dialysis Technical Service team, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex technical problems and provide expert advice on medical equipment. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
