Job Title: Night Reception Supervisor

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Reception Supervisor to join our team at Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club. As a Night Reception Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office during the night shift, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night reception team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and control the front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key management.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled professionally and with a high level of courtesy and respect.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback, complaints, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to ensure that team members are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Opera/Marsha and other relevant software systems.
