Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing correspondence, maintaining accurate client records, and providing general back-office support using IO software.

Main Duties:
  • Prepare correspondence, including letters and emails
  • Ensure accurate documentation and client records
  • Process letters of authority and chase up providers
  • Maintain administration systems and client data
  • Build relationships with clients and interact directly
  • Arrange client meetings for Advisers when required
  • Prepare client files for adviser meetings
  • Monitor and track pipeline activity
