Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and enriching business relationships with our valued clientele, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating customer activities to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Collaboration: Work with local/regional MNO sales teams to develop the solutions business with existing and new accounts.
  • Technical Consulting: Provide top-tier consulting services, understand customer needs, and champion G+D products.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Sales Opportunities: Hunt for sales opportunities, uncover hidden gems, and maximize our sales potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales, particularly in the telecommunications, IoT, or software sectors.
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
  • Desired languages: Swedish and business English.
  • Personal traits: Self-driven, open-minded, and creatively inclined individual who thrives on achieving results and propelling sales and business development forward.
  • Relationship building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £60K - £65K + benefits.
  • Bonus: Bonus 10k pa (bonus has a ceiling of 200% = 20k depending on business results and individual performance).
