Disability Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disability Services Associate to join our team in Sheffield. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to meaningful work within a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
This position involves working closely with Social Workers to assess the needs of children and young people with disabilities, as well as their families and carers. You will assist in identifying and implementing appropriate plans and services tailored to meet the needs of those you support.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Social Workers to assess the needs of children and young people with disabilities, as well as their families and carers.
• Assist in identifying and implementing appropriate plans and services tailored to meet the needs of those you support.
• Contribute to specific pieces of work aimed at delivering targeted support to children and their families.
Requirements:
• Experience working with children, young people, and families in a social care or similar setting.
• A valid UK driving license to travel and visit clients as required.
