We are seeking a caring and knowledgeable SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a school in Tower Hamlets. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting children with varied special educational needs.
Job Summary- This is a full-time term-time only position, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact on young lives.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary focus will be on delivering support tailored to the individual needs of students. This may include assisting teachers with lesson planning, facilitating group activities, and providing one-to-one guidance.
Requirements and Qualifications- You should possess a Psychology degree, which has equipped you with the necessary understanding of child development and learning strategies.
- A strong communication skillset, enabling you to effectively collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
- An empathetic approach, allowing you to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is between £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
