**Fire Stopping Contracts Manager**

We are seeking an experienced Fire Stopping Contracts Manager to join our team at Proactive Solutions Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of current and future fire stopping contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administration in an organised and efficient way, including the completion of contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure contract satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Monitor and control contract costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring contract compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the fire protection industry.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of contract management software.
