Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Proactive Solutions Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of current and future fire stopping contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration in an organized and efficient way, including the completion of contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure contract satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new contracts.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the fire protection industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
