About the Role
The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join our innovative Podiatry department in Salford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of foot conditions.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide routine and high-risk patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment/management of conditions such as diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, and wound care.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans for patients with complex foot conditions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including biomechanics and high-risk teams, to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct domiciliary visits to patients in residential or private nursing homes and in their own homes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
