Job Description: As a Teaching and Learning Associate, you will work closely with experienced staff to facilitate learning and development of children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a primary school setting. Your responsibilities will include undertaking activities with children to promote physical, emotional, and educational development, and establishing supportive relationships with children and parents to facilitate communication and partnership.

The successful candidate will have the ability to identify and work towards specific goals with children and colleagues, while maintaining good relationships with children and adults. They will also be able to prioritise tasks, act on their own initiative, and work as part of a team.

The salary for this role is approximately £26,794 per annum, plus excellent benefits. The position also offers paid school holidays in full.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have relevant NVQ3 or equivalent qualifications, along with at least three years' experience as a Teaching and Learning Assistant. They should also have up-to-date knowledge of education practices and procedures.
