Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Hydro International Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective management of our IT applications portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing the development and deployment of IT solutions. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality strategic solutions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to define and execute projects related to application integration and solution delivery. A proven track record in managing IT functions, including supplier control, is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also have experience with Microsoft CRM & ERP application platforms, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and strong communication skills. Additionally, they will be able to prepare IT strategies and plans, drive functional design, technical design, and implementation of solutions for an assigned portfolio of enterprise applications. We estimate that the salary for this position will be approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
