Job Description
  • Lead the Sales Team: Oversee and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports to senior management.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Staff Training: Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills.
