About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Executive Support Officer to the Chief Executive. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, allowing the Chief Executive to focus on driving EMCCA's strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Chief Executive.
- Manage email communications, drafting responses and preparing correspondence.
- Contribute to the development of reports, briefs, and presentations to support stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Relevant administrative experience, ideally in an executive support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
