We are looking for a Community Living Specialist to join our team at P3 Charity. This exciting opportunity involves working with individuals who require support to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness. You will work closely with clients to promote positive and healthy lifestyles, assist them in developing skills needed for independent living, and ensure accurate record-keeping on our internal IT system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of wider teams, making decisions that support individuals to achieve their goals. We offer a salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a package of benefits that includes enhanced annual leave, commitment to mental health and wellbeing, and access to our employee assistance program.
