Crisis and Incident Management Professional

We're looking for a highly skilled Crisis and Incident Management Lead to join our team at abrdn Asia Limited. As a key member of our global team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Crisis and Incident Management Framework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining our Incident and Crisis Management Plans and Playbooks.
  • Delivering training and exercises to abrdn Incident and Crisis Management Teams worldwide.
  • Providing support and guidance to our teams during incident responses.
  • Reporting on incident management and lessons learned to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintaining our mass communications and Incident Management systems, task planners, document repositories, and facilities.


You'll need excellent communication and project management skills, with experience of working in a similar role. A strong understanding of threat and risk assessment methodologies is essential. We offer a competitive salary, 40 days' paid annual leave, and a range of benefits including a 16% employer pension contribution and private healthcare.
