About the Job

As a Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive environment for the young people in our care. You will need to be able to establish strong relationships with them and provide advice and assistance when needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.

Key Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence is preferable
  • No experience necessary, just a commitment to working with young people
  • You must be over 21 years old
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include enhanced DBS payment and full induction and training provided.
