About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapeutic Youth Services Coordinator to join our team at The WhiteTrees Group. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate our therapeutic services, working closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people in our care.

About the Role

  • To coordinate and lead our therapeutic services, working closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of young people in our care.
  • To participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance the service we provide.
  • To contribute to the recruitment and training of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality therapeutic services.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in residential care management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of childcare legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, young people, and external partners.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £44,720 and £53,040 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including annual leave, sick pay, and access to professional development opportunities.
