Chef de Partie - Hotel - Near Guildford Rosette Standard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a Rosette-standard restaurant near Guildford. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and composition
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the senior members of the team to deliver exceptional culinary services
  • Coach, train, and motivate your team to achieve excellent results
  • Ensure compliance with in-house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems

Requirements:

  • Quality experience in a fresh food environment
  • Passion and drive to contribute to the future success of the kitchen brigade
  • Ability to work 5 shifts per week, 45 hours per week
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to learn and progress
  • Passion and flair for British produce
