Data Administration Manager - London Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Data Administration Manager at our award-winning firm in London. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality private client and corporate administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing the client relationship management system, Intelliflo Office (iO), to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
  • Liaising with the Group MI Manager on changes and developments within iO, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Assisting with system updates, automatic valuations, data downloads, cleansing, and troubleshooting, as well as managing users, adding, updating, and removing access permissions.
  • Supporting internal enquiries, providing training and communication to the administration teams on the effective use of the iO system.
  • Monitoring adherence to processes and accuracy/integrity of data, ensuring compliance with FCA rules and regulations.
  • Overseeing integrations with third-party systems and providers, ensuring smooth data exchange and minimal downtime.
  • Providing cover and support to the Group Management Information Manager and the team with accurate MI reporting.
  • Managing cash matching directories, fee splits, monthly FCI reviews, and setting up annual regular initial fees.
  • Processing new business, collating, reporting, and troubleshooting, including managing regular contributions/withdrawals spreadsheets.
  • Handling information requests, providing statistics for advisers and investor-related projects, and maintaining relationships with DocuSign and Volume.
  • Developing and maintaining other third-party systems and providers, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Liaising with providers on new agency applications, adding, updating, and removing users, training, and overseeing provider agency lists.
  • Following acquisitions, adviser hires, and other key projects, managing iO/Volume data integration projects alongside the Operations Director and Group MI Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years' experience within the independent sector of the financial services industry in a relevant operations role.
  • Highly proficient in using Intelligent Office or similar industry-recognised systems, with a strong understanding of back-office functionality and user administrative functions.
  • Excellent written and visual presentation skills, with high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Understanding of Financial Services teams and FCA rules and compliance, with an advantage if holding a CII Certificate level qualification or other relevant financial qualifications.

This is a hybrid role, requiring regular travel to office bases in London and Weybridge. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
