We are currently seeking a Compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Chichester. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to two clients with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have six months' experience in care and excellent communication skills. A driver's licence and own car would be an advantage, but not essential. You will be required to undergo Enhanced DBS/PVG checks and provide references as part of our safer recruitment process.

**Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to our clients, including medication management, seizure management, peg feeding, and personal care
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping

**Requirements:
- Six months' experience in care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
