We are looking for an exceptional Trade Counter Support Specialist to join our team at Williams & Co. in Cambridge. As a Trade Counter Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Your responsibilities will include serving customers on the trade counter, handling incoming enquiries, and processing quotes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the branch and warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping. Additionally, you will receive, check, and store incoming goods, accurately pick orders in preparation for delivery, and carry out deliveries in the local area.

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £26,000 and a 40-hour working week, Monday - Friday. The role includes 33 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, as well as training and development opportunities specific to the individual.
