About the Role:

The Transactional Finance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 individuals, processing payment runs, producing reports, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-5 individuals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Process payment runs, produce reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
