Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Annual Salary of £35,000
- Commission - GBS all company profit share scheme, details available upon request
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
