Job Title: Clinical Manager - RMN or RNLD

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the clinical team
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with current NMC pin number
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience of interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances
  • Experience of setting, monitoring and evaluating standards for high-quality care
  • Experience of preparing and presenting reports at senior management level
