Right at Home - Colchester & District is an award-winning homecare company that provides high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes. This will involve assisting with personal care and hygiene, food preparation, medication management, shopping, housework and social support.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and develop a personalized care plan that meets their requirements.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £13 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive excellent pay and rewards, full training, a generous mileage allowance and other employee benefits.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with good communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work a range of shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
