We are looking for an exceptional Supervisor to lead our enthusiastic team of advisers in the Student Information Team, Academic Section.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of advisers and helping to deliver excellent customer service to our students.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop and support your staff, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.

  • A track record of supporting and developing staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Significant recent experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Supervisory experience in a busy operational environment.
