As a Student Success Coach at beBee Professionals in Colchester, you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students with special educational needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
