We are seeking a Student Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting good attendance and punctuality among students, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To monitor and record student attendance, identifying any issues or trends that may impact on their education.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve attendance, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

£29,000 - £33,000 per annum, plus benefits.
