About the Individual:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Complex Care Support Worker to support an individual with complex needs in Clacton. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and contribute to their journey towards greater independence.

About the Role:

This is a 12-hour shift position, working on a 2:1 basis in a supported living setting. The successful candidate will have experience in working with individuals who have experienced high levels of trauma and require tailored support to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to enable the individual to live independently
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the individual, their advocates, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to create and implement personalised plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
