Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Chef to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hartlepool, UK.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and the ability to prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent presentation and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dish Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring that food meets the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Techniques: Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Food Safety Certification: Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
  • Availability: Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes tips and opportunities for career progression within the restaurant group.
