Job Summary:
Hexagon Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a prestigious client's property portfolio across London's West End.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenant queries and concerns
- Raise and issue purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete health and safety reports using internal systems
- Liaise with contractors and coordinate work to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are met and up-to-date
- Provide administrative support to the wider facilities management team as needed
Requirements:
- Several years of experience working in facilities management, preferably in an administrative role
- Proven experience working with systems such as Elogbooks, Proactis, and Planon
- Industry-recognized certifications, such as IOSH, are highly desirable
