Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for tenant queries and concerns
  • Raise and issue purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete health and safety reports using internal systems
  • Liaise with contractors and coordinate work to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are met and up-to-date
  • Provide administrative support to the wider facilities management team as needed

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience working in facilities management, preferably in an administrative role
  • Proven experience working with systems such as Elogbooks, Proactis, and Planon
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as IOSH, are highly desirable
