Job Title: Creative Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Producer to join our team at Flight Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of our podcast episodes, from planning and recording to editing and publishing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production: Work closely with our Executive Director to ensure high-quality video and audio output, from planning and recording to editing and publishing.
  • Technical Expertise: Oversee and deliver all technical aspects of podcast production, including camera operation, sound recording, and lighting.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Lead the analysis of podcast performance data across all platforms to understand audience behavior and algorithm impact.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work directly with hosts, guests, and other cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging podcast content strategies.
  • Operational & Budget Management: Lead the scheduling and coordination of recordings and post-production efforts to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms, seeking innovative ways to present and distribute podcast content.
  • Creative Direction: Provide support in data-driven creative direction for episodes, trailers, and clips, ensuring content aligns with audience interests and optimizes for engagement and growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in video or social first production and editing, with an exceptional portfolio in successful content creation.
  • Experience using the tools and technologies required in this role, with a willingness to continuously learn new techniques.
  • Ability to work with high-profile talent, aligning creative vision with company goals and data-driven execution.
  • Resilient, motivated, and empathetic team skills, with proven experience in working in fast-paced and high-standard production environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex data-driven ideas at all levels.
Location:

London - Shoreditch. We are an in-person-first culture, and we believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centered around connection and community.
